"I had the first positive covid-19 case in Calderdale, the first one which tested positive and that was diagnosed on 11th March. So it’s been full on ever since. I help with the hot clinic, we’re basically joined together with a network of four practices and between us we’ve all closed our doors but all working on people’s problems out over the phone with video consultations where we can. A few people that we have to see are still getting seen, we are still doing routine immunisations, post natal baby checks, we still seeing people for essential blood tests and injections and things like that but dramatically reducing footfall. So the hot clinic is basically anyone who has to be seen that couldn’t be sorted out on the telephone and we’re doing that using full PPE."
